Tools: Canva, Powerpoint
Client: South Windsor Human Services
Audience: Meals on Wheels Drivers
My role: I created this as a summary of duties for Meals on Wheels Volunteer Drivers as a quick reference guide. I purposely chose to create it in a standard 8.5x11 inch format, rather than the typical long and narrow infographic poster, since it would be printed and placed in the delivery binder. In so doing, I iterated several different options of how to order the informational boxes, and considered two columns read top to bottom, as well as three rows read left to right. After receiving feedback from others I decided to add a fun roadway with a "Go" and "Stop" sign, and added the steps in order of the road.

Instructional Designers often use Audio as part of their eLearning modules in Storyline. However, inserting audio correctly is not always self-explanatory. To assist future instructional designers, I created this 22 page job aid explaining every step of the process of inserting audio, including the audio formats which can be included, the process of recording, saving and inserting, text to speech, and even including transcripts and notes for the audio. I have included just the first 9 pages here as a sample for you to see the kind of job aids I can create.

The Managed Services Provider I worked for as a contractor had several "seats", or Webex service bundles which their customers could choose from. Working from a spreadsheet with features listed, I created a visually appealing and easy to read version of the high level overview of the information, so that salespeople and customers could see at a glance the differences between the levels of service.

To prepare for an interview I was asked to create a slide deck with key points to consider when creating slide decks in PowerPoint. I then presented this slide deck as part of the technical interview in an instructor led training format.
I used a template from Canva and icons. (All resources are noted on last slide.) I changed colors to match the company colors for my interview.
