I served as an administrator for two healthcare facilities in the Hartford area.  Laura worked as my administrative assistant.  She demonstrated excellent skills in all aspects of her job, organizing training programs, long term planning, directing and supervising activities of the residents, etc.  She showed great attention to detail, and I could always count on Laura to carefully make sure everything was executed in a timely and proper fashion.  When challenged with new assignments, she had the ability to research it out, come up with a solution, and execute that solution.  

Of all the administrative assistants I had over the years, she was, by far, the most proficient and organized individual I worked with. 

Although Laura has clear ideas of her own, she works well on a team.  She is sensitive to others, aware of group consensus, and she works toward having harmony in a group.  Impressive to me is her mixture of both abilities: to provide leadership and to be a team member.
